-Please treat the home like it is yours. We are pleased to be able to share our vacation home. We know accidents happen. Please advise us of any non-working or damaged items as soon as they are discovered, and we will try to rectify the situation. If any items are accidently damaged, please advise us immediately.

-Maximum 4 adult guests allowed.

-Check-in time at 3:00. Unfortunately, early check-in is not typically available. We need the time to properly clean between the guests. You are welcome to inquire if it is ready early, but that is on a case by case basis.

-Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Due to our cleaning schedule, late check-out is not an option without prior approval, with request being made at least 24 hours in advance. The lock code for the property expires at 11. If not checked out by 11, we require $75/hour due to possible back-charges by housekeeping. Our housekeeping often arrives promptly at 11:00 to take inventory and clean the property.

-Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am weekdays and 11 pm on weekends- Most of our neighbors are full time residents and we want to respect their space.

-Trash service is picked up on Thursday (around 1). Please have all of your trash out Wednesday night.

-Smoking is allowed outside only. Please dispose of all butts in the outside receptacle or an additional fee will be charged. There is an ashtray in the kitchen cabinet. Please wash it and replace it where it was found if it is used.

-Only overnight guests that are confirmed by the rental service are allowed. Any extra guests will be charged $50 per night. If more than 6 guests, an additional fee applies.

-Please be advised that we have 3 active cameras overlooking the front and rear yards for the safety of our guests. They are turned on 24/7.

-There will be additional fees for damage to the furniture, excessive messes, or other damaged, stained, missing, or torn items.

-We love our pets, but please pick up their messes, inside and outside, and place in the outside receptacle. This allows us to continue to ensure we are able to offer this for our future guests. Please do not allow any pets on the furniture. If you plan to leave the property without your pets, they must be crated. Crates are not provided.

-All vehicles must be parked on the property. No parts of vehicles on the road. Two large vehicles will tightly fit near the barn, and usually another vehicle may fit in front of the other cars. With smaller vehicles, you may be able to fit more than three.

-Barn key will be hanging inside the cabinet door right inside of the front door. Please place all items used from the barn, back in the barn as they were found, lock it, and return the key to inside the front door. There are kayaks, table umbrella, and chaise lounge pads in the barn to use.

-The life jackets and the chair backs for the paddleboat are in the dock box. Please use a life jacket whenever on our watercraft. Please return once complete.

-The swim platform located in the lake does not belong to us and unfortunately, is not for guest use.

-Please let us know if there is anything we can improve upon. We strive for all 5 star reviews. We are trying to offer great value in short term lodging.
